We transformed this 1950s home in Morristown, NJ, into a modern and timeless retreat. The owner downsized from a 10,000 sq. ft. home and wanted a space for retirement. We designed a spacious first-floor master suite to ensure comfort and accessibility. The kitchen is a showstopper with a large marble island, high-end appliances, and a butler’s pantry—perfect for hosting family dinners and wine tastings.
We fully reconstructed the second floor to accommodate visiting family and friends. The open-concept layout creates a seamless flow between living areas, blending rustic charm with modern aesthetics. Outside, the Shingle Style exterior and natural stone foundation complement the wooded surroundings. This remodel increased the home’s square footage and value, delivering both functionality and beauty. The result is a home designed for retirement living, entertaining, and making memories for years to come.
