1920s Modern Kitchen Remodel

This cherished family home required a modern kitchen update for its owners’ retirement years. Faced with expanding the kitchen without costly additions, Hofmann Design Build, Inc. ingeniously integrated the existing dining room by demolishing the dividing wall. This transformation resulted in a spacious, elegantly appointed kitchen with an informal dining area. The blend of functionality and aesthetics honors the home’s 1920s architectural charm.

We aimed to design and construct a capacious, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing kitchen. By merging the existing dining room, we aimed to create a unified kitchen and dining space that complements the home’s original architectural features. This renovation significantly enhanced the home’s functional and aesthetic value, enlarging the living space and elevating its overall appeal.
